Wordpress 2009
I have really enjoyed learning about wordpress and using it. So with that said, I will be attending WordCamp 09 in San Francisco on May 30th, 2009. I hope to learn some new things and get involved with some bloggers. While I am there, I will also be searching for my new home as I will be leaving my home city Dallas. This should make for an interesting trip and will also serve a few functional purposes.

Kiehl's Antioxidant Skin Preserver
Ok, so I thought about this one long and hard. My blog www.josecastrofrenzel.com is having some issues, so in the meantime I am loving the ease of using posterous.com Anyways, I have used Kiehl's Skin Preserver for a few months and love it. Let's face it, guy or gal, we are all getting older and need to preserve what we have. With the options of future surgery or preventive measures, I will stick with the latter. I use this product at night and by morning the greasy feel is gone. While you sleep it is still moisturizing your face. I have tried many other products but I can really see the difference with this one. Price $60.

Screen Shot using Mac OS X
I found this site on google when searching for some quick instructions on how to take a screen shot. These instructions could not be more helpful. This is a simple and brilliant way to take a fast screen shot. What I found most useful was that you don't have to register for any site or download any software. In a world where we are registered to a million different sites this is quite refreshing.

Saigon
This was my last night in Saigon, Vietnam where I was having a late dinner with friends. The people are very warm and kind in Vietnam. I would recommend it to anyone who desires to travel to a dynamic and inviting country. Travel has opened my eyes more and more. I was really suprised about Vietnam. Sometimes you hear things about certain places and make assumptions. The best thing to do is to test your imagination and see it for real.

Rooms to Read- with Tim Ferriss, Matt Mullenweg, and Andrew Rosca.
I had the privelage of spending the day with these guys at the new school built in Saigon, Vietnam. Rooms to Read does a great job of providing opportunites for us to contribute to others. Tim Ferriss, Matt Mullenweg, Andrew Rosca, and Jose Castro-Frenzel were visiting this school. These kids were super friendly and we enjoyed hanging out with them. Great Food in Ha Noi, Vietnam
This was probably one of the best meals I had while I was in Vietnam.
I found this place in Ha Noi, it was located in a small crevice on
the street that said fast food. What I loved most was that this
restaurant had outstading & healthy food for $ 3.15 TOTAL. It was
also completely filled with locals.
